Reading

When I first know that I'll be learning a reading subject, I was quite confused and I think that maybe this subject would be the easiest but actually, I do struggle a little bit with this subject. Everything is kinda new and strange to me but I enjoy the classes.

Fundamentals of Academic Writing

As I'm now learning in the foundation, for sure everything is changing and the same applies to writing. No more narrative writing which was everyone's favorite back then. It's too sad to be true but I need to face the reality now. It is what it is. My writing marks for the midterm test surely surprised me as it was the lowest among any other subjects.

Fundamentals of Listening & Speaking

Through this subject, I get to fix my pronunciation using the right tone and not to forget about the British pronunciation. I have a lot of fun when learning about the phonetic chart as I need to properly pronounce each sound.

Grammar I

I think it's true when one of the seniors said that Grammar is as difficult as Add math. Learning every aspect of grammar in depth is something to be expected as my highschool English teachers had once said so. Nevertheless, it's my responsibility to learn those topics and do the best in my studies.

For grammar, there are a lot of exercises provided on Schoology and there would be a time limit for each question and I have to prepare myself before doing the it.

College Study Skills

With this subject, I get to do so many things that I've never tried. As an example, posting videos on my social media, which is something I rarely do and I was glad that lots of my friends supported and cheered for me.

Talking about literature...

For me, I think literature is actually fun but the problem is within myself as I didn't do enough research and revision for each story and novel

Fundamental of Islamic Education

This subject is actually my favorite subject as I like listening to Mdm Norida's lectures because it reminds me of the things that I learned back in high school.

For this subject, we use Ufuture platform the most to complete the quizzes and a forum.

If I were to be honest, online learning is actually hard because I tend to get distracted a lot as everything is within my reach for instance my phone. As someone, who loves the class environment, I must say I miss the old way where I get to meet my teachers and friends in person.
